Central Valley Celebrates...

Black History Month

The month of February is designated as Black History Month.  Each of our Central Valley High School classroom teachers will devote time in their classes throughout the month to recognize the impact that African-Americans have made in the specific subject areas that they teach.

"We have a wonderful history behind us... and it is going to inspire us to greater achievements."
-Dr. Carter G. Woodson (1875-1950) "The Father Of Black History"
